family-run sewing shop

A small family-run sewing shop in Slovakia takes care of the final production of more complex products. Having a partner who works professionally and supports you even as a small customer is priceless. And we found that here.

Parts of chalk bags, bags, climbing bags and wallets are sewn here.

MADE IN EU

10. sew

Depending on the product, 2-30 rows of rope are sewn together.
A chalk bag has 10 rows, a deck chair even has over 30 individual rope sheaths sewn together.

11. HOT cut

For most products, the climbing ropes have to be hot-cut by hand. This prevents the ends and the many interwoven threads in a rope sheath from fraying.
